Program description

Chloe's Creative offers an SMS notification program for people who want a heads-up when our kid-run pop-up stand is setting up. Messages are sent from +1 (856) 536-8802.

How to opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number on our home page, checking the consent box that reads “Yes, I'd like to receive occasional text updates from Chloe's Creative about upcoming stand setups. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help,” and submitting the form.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and is occasional — typically only a few messages per month, sent around stand-setup days.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages based on your plan. Chloe's Creative is not responsible for those carrier charges.

How to opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

How to get help — reply HELP

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to any message from us. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.

Consent is not a condition of purchase

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Chloe's Creative. You can still come to the stand and buy lemonade, squishies, Squishmallows, or 3D prints whether or not you sign up for texts.

Supported carriers

The program is available on most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or lead generation. See our Privacy Policy for details.
