Welcome! Chloe's Creative is a small kid-run pop-up stand operated with help from a parent. By using this website you agree to these simple terms.

About the stand

The stand is run by a kid and supervised by a parent. Product availability, pricing, and stand-setup locations are described informally on the site and can change without notice.

Acceptable use

• Don't submit fake names, fake phone numbers, or someone else's phone number without their permission.
• Don't try to scrape, attack, or otherwise misuse the site or the SMS list.
• The site and any free content (lemonade recipes, photos, 3D print designs) are for personal use only.

SMS notifications

The phone-number signup on the home page enrolls you in our SMS stand-setup alerts. Specific SMS terms — including message frequency, opt-out, help, carrier disclaimers, and that consent is not a condition of purchase — are described in the SMS Terms. By signing up you agree to those SMS Terms.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it's used. We do not sell or share your information for marketing or lead generation.

No warranties

The site and SMS notifications are provided on an “as is” basis. We do our best, but we can't guarantee the site is always available, error-free, or that every text will be delivered on time.

Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Chloe's Creative and the family running it are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the SMS service.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above.
